My Album Will Sell Without A-List Artistes Features On It – Korede Bello

My Album Will Sell Without A-List Artistes Features On It - Korede BelloKorede Bello, in his debut album, threaded same path Kiss Daniel did for his.
The singer, in an interview with Vanguard, revealed that his decision to not feature knonw names in the music industry will not affect the sales of his album.
In his words:

“I didn’t feature anybody at all, the only people I featured were my fans, and that is on the track titled Good Time. It’s because it’s my debut album so I feel like people should enjoy Korede Bello without any distraction from star powers; that is why I said it is for my fans, the album is dedicated to them, I decided that if I was going to feature anybody it was going to be them. So I had some of them come over to the studio and it came out great”. I have recorded songs on which I featured some of my label mates but they didn’t just make it on to the album, but on the deluxe version you might be seeing some of such songs.”
On International acts he would love to feature should the opportunity present itself, the ‘Do Like That’ crooner said, the likes of Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran and Rihanna, will be first on his list.
“If I were to have featured any artiste it would have been Ed Sheeran, Rihanna or Ariana Grande”, he said.

Rohr must work on Iheanacho’s psychology – Obuh

Former Nigeria U-20 coach, John Obuh, has urged Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr, to work on Kelechi Iheanacho’s psychology and temperament to improve the Manchester City forward’s scoring form.
The 21-year-old missed a couple of chances during the 1-1 draw with Senegal on Thursday, before scoring from the penalty spot with seven minutes left.
“It is very difficult to comment on a game you were not able to see live,” Obuh told Goal.
“But based on what I heard, I think 1-1 is still okay because we are still enjoying the euphoria of Rohr not losing a game. Either by luck, he is still keeping intact the unbeaten run. We can take solace in their form. Showing they are working hard for us to qualify for the World Cup.
“Considering the team we played who is above us in the ranking. I think we are on course. I will advise him to try to make sure 70 percent of his players play together more and more.
“If he continues to prepare the team for too many changes, it will be very difficult for him to get them best. I monitored very closely when I heard we were losing by 1-0 at some point – I felt bad. I was made to understand [Kelechi] Iheanacho blew away a lot of chances, it is still better to create a lot of chances than not at all.
“The problem is half solved if he could be at the point where he could score but still misses. Then they need to work on his psychological mood and temperament.”
