What Buhari said to me on phone will suprise you - Governor Bello


President Muhammadu Buhari who is currently on a medical vacation in London has spoken with Kogi State Goveror, Yahaya Bello.
Bello who said he spoke with the President for a couple of minutes on the phone said Buhari assured him that all is well with his health.
In a statement by his Director General, Media and Publicity, Kingsley Fanwo, Bello revealed that he spoke with Buhari during a visit to Lagos in company of the Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, a few members of the House and some of his cabinet members.
The statement reads: ’’While in Lagos, President Muhammadu Buhari called Governor Yahaya Bello and interacted with him for a couple of minutes. Governor Bello was in the company of the Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, a few other Honourable Members of the House, Honourable Commissioners and other top government functionaries. President Buhari and Gov. Yahaya Bello
‘’ The President thanked the Governor for his support and his leadership qualities.

Governor Bello is the latest high profile personality the President had spoken with since he extended his medical vacation in London.
“He told the Governor that he is observing rest and will return very soon to continue his assignment of providing purposeful leadership for the nation.”
The Presidency had on Saturday revealed that Buhari spoke with King Mohammed VI of Morocco on the phone.

Ikeja Electric will cut power supply to some areas under its network to do maintenance by the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) on its transformers at the Ikeja West Transmission Station, its management has said.
The areas to be affected by the exercise, which will start today and end on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, include Ojodu, Magodo, Alausa, Oke-Afa, Bolorunpelu, Egbe, Igando, Shasha, Ipaja, Alimosho, Agege, Egbeda and Abesan.
Others are Ayetoro, Abule-Taylor, Ogba, Ifako, Shomolu, Gbagada, Oworonshoki, Ogudu, Isheri-Olowora, Berger, Anthony, Ota and its environs.
The firm’s, Head, Corporate Communication, Mr. Felix Ofulue, appealed to residents of the affected areas to bear with the company, emphasising on the importance of the maintenance as a necessity for improved power supply and better service delivery.

Some people got an eyeful recently after a beautiful big girl ran mad and and began walking on the streets totally neykked while clutching her expensive handbag.



It was alleged that the girl suddenly became mad after leaving a hotel she had visited her man friend.

Narrating the story on Facebook, someone wrote:

A lady who was invited into an hotel for whatever reason. At the end of the function, as she was leaving the hotel, she suddenly became mad and undressed herself.

“A serious lesson for nowadays ladies, particularly aristoes (yoyo-ladies). They should be careful of whom and where they visit.

“May God continue to protect us all, against these evil minded and desperate people.”

The incident forced a crowd to gather while watching the drama play out. She was later helped by a group of young men who covered her Nakkedness and got her help.
