Why I prefer having sex with hen – Man tells court



An 18-year-old Kenyan man, identified as Kevin Simiyi has admitted having sex with a hen.



Simiyi told a court in Bungoma that he truly defiled the domestic animal.

According to Nairobi News, Simiyi was arrested after he was caught red-handed committing the unusual act during the week by the hen’s owner, Judith Nasimiyu.

He pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared before Magistrate Stephen Mogute at the Bungoma court yesterday, saying he was despised by women because he was poor.

He told the court, “Your Honour, I was caught defiling the hen by its owner. I fear approaching women because of the high level of poverty and I feel women are very expensive. Yes, I did it.”

While the veterinary officers were searching for evidence, they told the court that the hen died from exhaustion.

The Magistrate ordered the accused to be remanded at Bungoma GK prison until March 2 when the court will deliver its judgment.

Nigeria Buys Helicopters, Vehicles From Russia, UAE to Fight Boko Haram



Nigeria's Defence Minister Mansur Dan-Ali on Wednesday, said the country had procured modern equipment from Russia and United Arab Emirates to fight insurgency, DailyTrust reports.



Dan-Ali made this known in Abuja while briefing the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo on the security situation across the country.

He said: "In order to sustain the tempo of the counter insurgency operation in the northeast, the present administration had recently procured modern equipment to enhance the combat effectiveness of our armed forces.

"Mine-resistance ambush patrol vehicles, one 20mm Motors and ammunition were being procured by the Nigerian Army. Also, some patrol boats and other platforms have been ordered by the Nigerian Navy for outpost at Lake Chad Basin while contract for helicopters from Russia for the Nigerian Air Force has been awarded and approval for addition four of MI 35 are being awaited.

"Additionally, 20 unmanned aerial vehicles from the United Arab Emirates have been procured by the Nigerian Air Force to support the operation in the North East.

"This administration has also shown tremendous concern to the welfare of troops particularly in the northeast through prompt payment of troops' salaries and allowances as well as improvement in medical services."

Two loverbird caught having s*x in the bush- see photos



Two unidentified lovebirds were on Saturday, caught red-handed having s*x in a paddock near Budiriro 2 in Zimbabwe.



According to H-Metro, the couple were captured on camera and later apologized to the people who caught them before being freed.

“They refused to identify themselves but only pleaded with us to release them; they were neighbours and the girl is said to be a domestic worker,” said the source.

“Motorists drive into these paddocks day and night with their lovers and I want to believe security guards are being paid because I never saw anyone getting arrested over turning the paddocks into love nests,” added the source.

The identities of the lovers were not ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
