Appeal Court Verdict: It’s time for me to quit PDP for sheriff – Fani -Kayode

Former aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Koyde has hinted on leaving the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for embattled factional National Chairman of the Party, Sen Ali Modu Sheriff.
The former Presidential campaign spokesperson in a series of tweet on his twitter handle wrote: “The C of A decision is absurd. It is time for us to gut the PDP, leave its carcass for the treacherous mole called Sheriff and form a new party.”
Fani-Kayode, who dropped the hint while reacting to the Appeal Court’s earlier ruling affirming Sheriff as PDP Chairman, has earlier described the ruling as victory for President Muhammadu
Recall that the Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State had earlier today ruled in favour of the former Borno State Governor.
A three-man panel of judges in a unanimous decision agreed that the former Borno State Governor is the authentic National Chairman of the party.
Following the ruling, the Makarfi’s faction of the former ruling party disclosed that it would be heading for the Supreme court to contest the judgement

: 5 Of The Church Members Who Drank Annointed Rat Poison Are Dead

According to Popular UK Website Unilad This priest tried to prove his congregation were above death by feeding them rat poison and the results were disastrous…

Priest Light Monyeki from Soshanguve, South Africa, took it upon himself to prove his follower’s were superhuman and immortal, with a seriously dangerous stunt.

The priest declared to his congregation they should not fear death, as they will not die, before proceeding to pour bottles of water contaminated with rat poison into their mouths…

He said:

We do not need to proclaim faith because we are believers. Death has no power over us.

Horrifyingly, many of his followers ran forward to take a fatal drink from the treacherous bottle.

The priest took a swig from the poison fluid before pouring it down the throats of his loyal congregation.

Disastrously, yet predictably, the members of his church started to complain of stomach pains and by the evening, five of them were tragically dead.

A further 13 more were taken to hospital for the ingestion of the lethal drink, but despite all of this Monyeki allegedly denied responsibility.

Surely he’s not referring to his poison drink as a ‘good thing,’ as I do not see how this could be possible in any way considering it killed five of his members…

The horrendous incident has sparked a police investigation, but no arrests have been made at present.

This is extremely dangerous and beyond stupid.

It’s sad to think his followers put so much faith and trust in him, which ultimately cost them their lives…

high-court-lagos

A Port Harcourt Chief Magistrate Court has summoned the Rivers State Commissioner of Police over the continued detention of dozens of pro-Biafra agitators.
They were arrested in connection with the aborted rally organized by the Indigenous People of Biafra in Port Harcourt on 20th of January, in solidarity with President Donald Trump of the United States of America.

The Chief Magistrate issued the summons after taking arguments from the defence and prosecution lawyers on why the advice of the Director of Public Prosecution was not ready within the stipulated ten days.
At the resumed hearing on Friday, Chief Magistrate Andrew Jaja also invited the Rivers State Commissioner of Justice and Attorney General, Emma Aguma (SAN)‎ to appear in court and explain why the suspects should not be released unconditionally.
Inalegwu Adoga, who represented the accused persons, urged both the federal and the Rivers State government to resolve the Biafra agitation amicably like that of the Niger Delta militancy.
In the meantime, Chief Magistrate Jaja has granted bail to one of the pro-Briafra protesters on health grounds.
The accused person, Emmanuel Nnamani got bail after lawyer to the IPOB, Inalegwu Adoga applied for his release, citing a worsening eye ailment.
Some sixty-five supporters of IPOB were arrested in Port Harcourt on 20th January for taking part in the pro-Trump rally
