The arrested publisher, PREMIUM TIMES newspaper, Dapo Olorunyomi and the paper’s judiciary correspondent,
Dapo Olorunyomi and Evelyn Okakwu after being freed from arrest
have been released. They were released shortly before midnight of Thursday, hours after their arrest.
Recall that according to the news as posted on the newspaper’s website, some “Plain-clothed officers conducted search at the office shortly after 5p.m. and arrested the duo after saying they were acting on a complaint filed by the Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai.”
