Yemi Alade is at it again.
She is right now, arguable the best African female artiste at the moment (some will still argue despite the fact that she has scooped back to back MTV Mama Awards to prove her doubters wrong).
The Johnny crooner whose stock keeps rising everyday in Africa and the world as a whole is out with a new tune.
The song is however not entirely new as we have already gotten something like it.
It is the remix to her smash hit single “Want You” and the remix was produced by IllWill.
Yemi Alade is currently on a world tour and she drops this one for those who may not be able to get a visit during the tour.

Wayne Rooney reaches Bobby Charlton’s Manchester United goals record

Wayne Rooney has equalled Manchester United’s all-time goalscoring record, after he netted his 249th strike for the club against Reading in their 3rd round Emirates FA Cup tie on Saturday.
The 31-year-old who only returned to the squad after recovering from injury, put United 1-0 up after turning home Juan Mata’s pass.

The goal took him level with the record set by Sir Bobby Charlton between 1956 and 1973.

Rooney signed for the Red Devils in a £27million transfer from Everton in 2004. He has reached the 249-goal mark four years and 215 games quicker than Charlton managed.
His record-equalling goal came in just his 543rd game for the club.
He is now odds-on to break the record with many games left to play this season.
United went on to defeat Reading 4-0, with Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford (twice) scoring

Pastor Adeboye announces 40-day fasting and praying after he retired as RCCG’s National General Overseer

Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has announced a 40-day fasting and prayers, after he revealed he is stepping aside as the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).‎
Adeboye, who is fondly referred to as Daddy G.O, made these announcements on Saturday, January 7, 2017 during the church’s annual thanksgiving at the 3km new auditorium.

The ministry’s annual time of consecration at the beginning of the year, will run from January 11 to February 19. Members are expected to pray from 12midnight to 6pm. They are to pray twice a day – during their morning devotion and 5pm at their branches.
Adeboye, 74, wrote on his official Facebook page: “Shalom beloved family. The RCCG Fasting begins 11th Jan to February 19th (40days). From 12midnight to 6pm. Praying twice a day. Morning at devotion and 5pm at the churches.
“If you want to do it day and night without breaking (just liquid) it will be for 20days. Major prayer point will be praising God and asking God for Grace to please him in every way possible this year.”

Adeboye retires as the General overseer of RCCG

Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has appointed new key figures, following his retirement as General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
Adeboye, who is fondly referred to as Daddy G.O, made the announcement on Saturday, January 7, 2017 during the church’s annual thanksgiving at the 3km new auditorium.

It was received with great shock by the congregation of all RCCG Pastors and Ministers.
However, he immediately announced the new General Overseer as Pastor J.O Obayemi.
Pastor J.F Odesola was named the new Secretary, while Pastor J.A. Adeyokunnu will be the new Treasurer.
Adeboye called on all RCCG members to pray for the new leadership, before he pronounced blessings upon them.
Nigeria’s vice-president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, who is also a Pastor with the ministry, was also in attendance.
