Senator Mojisoluwa Akinfenwa, the Chairman, Board of
Trustees, Alliance for Democracy, has said Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu a
National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, deserves his present
travails.
According to Akinfenwa a man is the architect of his own life, and
Tinubu actually brought his misfortune on himself. He said the APC
leader is trying to woo people he had fought in the past and he is
succeeding, but he can never be wooed by him. He also disclosed that the
last time Tinubu spoke with him was 15 years ago. Hear him;
“(Every) man is the architect of his own fortune and misfortune. In
this case, Tinubu is the architect of his own misfortune. So, he should
not bring me into the matter I was never part of with him.
“He knows it will be difficult, if not impossible to woo or induce me
as he is gradually succeeding with those he has despised and succeeded
in wounding.”
It will be recalled that Akinfenwa fell out with Tinubu over the leadership of the AD many years ago.
